By accessing and using AlivioMind's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
AlivioMind provides mental wellness support services including:
- Individual and group counselling sessions
- Wellness workshops and programs
- Educational resources and materials
- Community events and support groups
3. Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment
Important: Our services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional psychiatric treatment, medical care, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
- Engage respectfully with our counsellors and staff
5. Payment and Fees
Fees for our services are communicated at the time of booking. We offer sliding scale fees for those who qualify. Payment is expected at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
6. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by AlivioMind are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
AlivioMind provides services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
